The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! It's just a short walk to all the major attractions, including the Red Square and the Jesus Savior Cathedral. The receptionists, especially Natalie, were super nice and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other Russian people. The breakfast was jaw-dropping and well worth the money. The overall price was slightly more than a 5-star hotel in another city, but considering the higher price level in this city, it's not expensive at all. Plus, the location is heavenly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The warm welcome we received from the reception staff upon arrival and throughout our stay.
There was more than adequate food for breakfast and the presentation was to a very high standard. However, even though the Scrambled egg, bacon, sausage etc were in food warmers they were cold and not very enjoyable.

Nice staff. Close proximity to Red Square. Large, modern rooms which were very clean. TV had multiple English speaking channels. Free registration, wi-fi, bottled water, and great spread for breakfast in the adjoining Italian restaurant.
Not too many restaurants in the area. A bit far to walk in the snow for the Metro with bags.

Mind-blowingly modern, clean, and comfortable hotel in a jaw-droppingly great location. Walking distance to major attractions and cool bars/restaurants. Super friendly staff with impressive English language skills. Free and fast wifi, exercise gym for fitness enthusiasts, flat-screen tv for entertainment, electric kettle for convenience, and even a ceiling fan for added comfort.

I always stay here. The staff helped me with a hot drink when I arrived. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, exercise gym, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

The hotel's exquisite decoration and ambiance made me feel like royalty. The grand chandeliers and beautiful artwork created a charming atmosphere, perfect for senior visitors like myself. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, ensuring a comfortable stay.
While the overall experience was delightful, I wish the staff had been more attentive and helpful. As a senior woman, I would have appreciated more assistance from the younger staff members, who seemed a bit preoccupied at times.

Great location in the heart of Moscow but in a non-crowded place. Not far from Tretyakovskaya gallery. Friendly stuff, very nice room design, clean and cozy. No problem with parking. Slippers and bathrobe are free and available on request. Good enough for business trippers.
Far avay from metro. No any service at breakfast at all (the stuff just dozed in the corner). Sauna could not get warmer than 63 deg. C. A bit high price for rooms. Cleaning service woked us in the morning by mistake (guys, please knock before you enter the room even if you were told that the guests left the hotel). Anyway it's quite nice place to stay in Moscow.

This hotel is in an excellent location and provides a superb breakfast.
Airconditioning was very poor for a 4 star hotel. Bath was very deep and very narrow - potential for an accident here. Would not recommend for anyone with a physical disability - no matter how slight.

The location was perfect, being in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from the main attractions like Red Square and the Kremlin. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. We particularly loved the amazing views from our room, overlooking the river and the iconic landmarks of the city. The service and housekeeping were also top-notch, ensuring that everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel is absolutely amazing- and it is a very good value for the money I paid! For the same price you might get a dirty little room somewhere at the outskirts of Moscow ( especially if you are not reading reviews of other people). The design of the hotel is very nice, made in a Scandinavian style with a lot of wood and space my double room was very spacious and had free bottles of water, tea, coffee and a kettle, plus a desk with a comfortable chair for work, free and fast Internet and lots of huge mirrors. It faced the backyard and was very quiet. The food is very good - you can order food to your room from the Italian restaurant next door - they have delicious pizzas and good wine the location is fabulous - 5 mins from the Kremlin and the Tretyakov Gallery, 10 mins from tube and it is one of the most beautiful areas of Moscow

The hotel is in a great location for a city trip, it’s only a short walk to the key sights. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
The cost per night is quite high compared to other hotels in the area. The showers are inconvenient with no temperature control and a high step to get in and out of the bathtub.

We like our staying in the hotel! view from the window and location are really nice - it is very central and at the same time quiet, it is definitely clean as well.
it is absolutely trifle, but when you take lux and you need to pay extra for toothpaste - it is funny. :)
